                          Branch Manager - Vancouver B.C. office
                            Managed a branch with annual revenues in excess
                              of 10 million dollars and a work force in approx. 500
                      Cascadian Building Maintenance (Vancouver B.C.) / 1993
                      to the present
                           President and Principal
                             Own and operate a company with approx. 3 million in
                             annual revenues.  Responsible for all facets of the
                             business, including sales.  Company operates exclusively
                             in the downtown core of Vancouver B.C.
                      Cascadian Building Maintenance / 1994 to the present
                             Founder and Chairman of the Board....hired Tim Reyhons
                             to manage the business in the Spring of 1994
