MEET THE CASCADIAN MANAGEMENT TEAM

Our current management staff has been assembled with only one thing in mind...People Make A Difference! And, experienced people make an even BIGGER DIFFERENCE...for their company and their customers!

Cascadian Building Maintenance, Ltd., is very fortunate to have built a MANAGEMENT TEAM that would rival any janitorial companies staff in the Northwest in ability and janitorial management experience! We are proud of our "Wisdom In The Industry"!

BUSINESS OPERATIONS - ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT STAFF

Steve Normann - Founder / Chairman of the Board: Steve has over 28 years experience as a manager in the janitorial industry in the Northwest, ranging from being the Western Canadian Manager of a large international janitorial firm, to his position now as the President and Principal of Cascadian Building Maintenance, Ltd. of Canada and the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Cascadian Building Maintenance, Ltd. of Washington.

Tim Reyhons - President: Tim has built over 17 years experience as a manager in the janitorial industry in the Puget Sound area, ranging from being one of youngest District Managers of numerous downtown high-rise accounts for one of the largest janitorial firms in the nation, to his current position as the President of Cascadian Building Maintenance, Ltd. of Washington.

Kelly Foster - Vice President / General Manager: Kelly brings over 23 years experience in the janitorial industry in the Puget Sound area to Cascadian, ranging from his serving in numerous capacities (Janitor, Supervisor, Night Operations Manager, District Manager) as he was promoted up through the ranks of one of the largest janitorial companies in the nation, to his current role as the General Manager at Cascadian.

Greg Davis - Vice President / Director of Business Development: Greg sports over 21 years experience as a manager in janitorial industry in the Puget Sound area, ranging from serving in several capacities (District Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Assistant Branch Manager) with one of the largest janitorial firms in the nation, to his position now as the Director of Business Development at Cascadian. Greg also developed our Safety Program, and leads our IT (information Technology) Department and is our Webmaster.

Ira Thomas Jr. - District Manager: Ira has over 21 years of experience in the janitorial industry right here in the Puget Sound area, encompassing all facets of the business. He came up through the ranks of one of the largest national janitorial companies in the business, starting as a janitor and being promoted to Account Foreman, Area Supervisor, District Manager and Assistant Branch Manager, prior to coming on board in his current position with Cascadian.

NIGHT OPERATIONS STAFF

Fernando Soberanis - Night Operations Manager: Fernando brings to Cascadian over 16 years of experience in the operations portion of the janitorial industry in the Puget Sound area, ranging from being a Foreperson and Maintenance Mechanic, to being the Assistant Operations Manager and finally to his current role as the Operations Manager with Cascadian.

Miguel Perdomo - Area Supervisor: Miguel has over 11 years of experience in the night operations portion of the janitorial industry in the Puget Sound region, ranging from being a Foreperson with a large, nationwide janitorial company, to his current position as an Area Supervisor with Cascadian Building Maintenance, Ltd. of Washington.

Manuel Penaloza - Area Supervisor: Manuel is the newest addition to our night operations staff, bringing to Cascadian over 11 years of experience in the janitorial industry in the Puget Sound area. He began his career with Cascadian over three years ago, and has been promoted from positions as a janitor, dayporter and a Foreperson prior to his current position as an Area Supervisor.

Amritpal Singh - Area Supervisor: Singh is the newest addition to our night operations staff, bringing 9 years of experience in the janitorial industry to Cascadian. He began his career with Cascadian almost three years ago as a janitor and has worked his way up through the ranks of responsibility to Building Foreperson and now as an Area Supervisor.

Combined..That Is OVER 145 Years Of Business and Operational Management Experience In The Janitorial Industry In The Pacific Northwest!

OFFICE STAFF

When you contact the Cascadian Corporate Office during the day, you speak with one of our front office staff, Annissa Manolovitz, our Office Manager, or Arla Vvanti. They handle many of our administrative duties, as well as making sure that all of us keep going in the right direction...

In early 2004 we were very fortunate to have a Human Resource Manager join the Cascadian Team, as Kerrie Yeasting came on board! She has an extensive Human Resource background and has been a great and welcomed addition to our staff!
